Sindh police announced a comprehensive security plan for the upcoming Pakistan Super League matches in Karachi. Following the Lahore leg, matches will be held at the National Bank Stadium from February 20 to March 18. The plan includes 1,000 commandos, officers from various districts, traffic police, Rapid Response Force, Rangers, and other law enforcement agencies. Sharpshooters will be stationed at sensitive points in the city, and a command and control bus will monitor the surroundings. The SWAT team will be on standby for emergencies. All roads will remain open, and spectators will be guided from parking areas to the stadium. Special instructions for spectators include bringing their CNIC for identification, arriving early to avoid queues, and not bringing prohibited items like firearms or sharp objects. Discriminatory or obscene signage is not permitted, and throwing objects is prohibited.
