The leader of the IPP criticized former CM Punjab Usman Buzdar, claiming to have informed PTI founder Imran Khan about Buzdar’s alleged corruption. However, instead of addressing the concerns, Aleem Khan was arrested by NAB.
Aleem Khan also alleged that former ISI chief Faiz Hameed played a significant role in bringing Imran Khan to power and made major decisions during PTI’s tenure with the aim of becoming army chief. He also claimed that Imran Khan, his wife Bushra Bibi, and Farah Khan were part of a ‘corrupt group of five’ that also included Faiz Hameed.
Khan also mentioned that PTI chief used Jahangir Tareen or his vehicles for important meetings, and that PTI chairman thought the army chief at the time, General Asim Munir, was similar to Faiz Hameed.
He further stated that General Asim Munir, as the DG ISI, presented proof of Bushra Bibi’s corruption to the PTI chairman, which included documents and audio conversations. The PTI chief had reacted by saying that the DG ISI was overstepping his boundaries.
