During the robbery in Orangi Town, the dacoits took the life of a shopkeeper. The city is currently under the control of dacoits, and the police seem to have no control over the situation. Yesterday, dacoits killed a total of 4 citizens, while the number of deaths due to resistance during robberies last year reached 24.

According to details, in the incident of firing near the Siddique Akbar Mosque in Sector 11 ½ of Orangi Town, a person was killed, and his body was taken to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for legal action by the relatives.

Rescue authorities identified the deceased as 35-year-old Yameen, who had been shot in the face during the robbery. It is being reported that there was resistance during the robbery, according to the information received from the area and the rescue authorities.

The police said that the deceased Yameen was the owner of a mobile communication shop in Iqbal Market, where he was shot in the neck and chest. While speaking to the media at the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital, SHO Iqbal Market Shah Faisal said that the incident appears to be a targeted killing due to personal grudges, in which two motorcycle riders had fired at the shop, and the deceased’s nephew was also present at the shop after the incident.

The neighbor of the deceased in the hospital said that the deceased had a shop for the past 20 years and was the father of two children and a resident of the same area. The police said that investigations are underway into all aspects of the incident, and nearby closed-circuit cameras are also being searched so that the footage can help identify the suspects.
