More than a dozen unidentified individuals opened fire on a bus for not stopping on the national highway, resulting in the killing of 11 people including 9 passengers in Noshki. Deputy Commissioner Noshki, Habibullah, confirmed the incident. The attackers shot at the bus which led to a tire burst causing the bus to overturn. As a result, one person died on the spot and four others were injured, with one person succumbing to his injuries later in the hospital.

In a separate incident, armed individuals injured a motorcyclist and kidnapped 8 passengers from the bus before fleeing towards the nearby mountains. Later, the bodies of all 9 kidnapped passengers were discovered under a bridge, having been shot and killed.

The police, FC, and other security forces have initiated a search operation in the area to apprehend the culprits. The Chief Minister of Balochistan, Mir Sardar Bugti, condemned the killing of 8 innocent passengers in Noshki, stating that those involved in the attack will not be forgiven. He emphasized that the killing of passengers is an inhumane and unforgivable act, and the terrorists will be brought to justice.

He further added that the terrorists who target innocent civilians cowardly will be hunted down and punished, with no place to hide even in the remotest corners. Bugti stressed that the enemies of peace are the enemies of the country, and the purpose of such acts of terrorism is to destabilize Balochistan, but the state will play its role in ensuring peace.

The Chief Minister expressed condolences to the families of the deceased and vowed to bring the terrorists to justice.
