Former Prime Minister Imran Khan has filed an application to transfer his cases before the Islamabad High Court, requesting Chief Justice Aamer Farooq to recuse himself from all benches hearing cases against him. The petition alleges that Justice Farooq has shown bias against Mr. Khan and delayed disposing of petitions, as well as removing judgments from the website and issuing press releases through the registrar. Despite the allegations, the IHC record shows that Justice Farooq has granted relief to Mr. Khan in over 35 of his 40 petitions since May.
