Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has decided to sit in opposition in the federal and Punjab on the instructions of the party’s founder Chairman Imran Khan. In a joint press conference in Islamabad with the leader of the National Party, PTI leader Barrister Saif said that on the instructions of Imran Khan, PTI will sit in opposition benches in the federal and Punjab. He said that we are in contact with political parties on the instructions of PTI Chairman, the results of which have been changed on a large scale, and future generations have to bear the consequences of these situations. Barrister Saif said that on the instructions of the PTI Chairman, we have decided to sit in opposition in the center and Punjab, and Jamaat-e-Islami, JUI and Mahmood Khan Achakzai have also protested, while Aftab Sherpao has heard our views.

National Party head Sikandar Hayat Khan said that we also have serious reservations about the results of the elections, and after consultation with the party on the proposed offer from the side of PTI, we will announce the future course of action.
