Challenges in Court to the Election Results of Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz, Aleem Khan, and Atta Tarar

Islamabad: The leader of the Muslim League, Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, the league leader Maryam Nawaz, Aleem Khan of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, and the league leader Ata Tarar have challenged the election results in court.
Independent candidate Iftikhar Chaudhry, who was contesting from NA-130 in the National Assembly, has filed a request in the Lahore High Court challenging the success of former Prime Minister and leader of the Muslim League, Mian Nawaz Sharif, in which a team has been made including the returning officer and the Election Commission.
The request states that Nawaz Sharif has lost according to form 45. He declared himself victorious in form 47. The results of form 45 are available to us. The court ordered the release of the form 45 results. The court also ordered the Election Commission to halt the final result and give the order for a recount and declare the result of form 47 null and void.
On the other hand, the success of Maryam Nawaz from NA-119 in Lahore has also been challenged. The court in Lahore High Court issued a request by PTI-supported independent candidate Shehbaz Farooq, stating that the Presiding Officers did not submit form 45. The returning officer did not issue a notice while arranging the result. The court ordered the returning officer to rearrange form 47 and declare Maryam Nawaz’s victory null and void.
In addition, the success of Aleem Khan from NA-117 in the National Assembly has been challenged in Lahore High Court, in which a team was formed including the returning officer, the Election Commission, and others. The request stated that Aleem Khan has lost according to form 45. He declared himself victorious in form 47. The results of form 45 are available to us. The court ordered the release of the results according to form 45 and ordered the Election Commission to halt the final result and to give the order for a recount. The court also ordered the result of form 47 to be declared null and void.
Furthermore, the success of Ata Tarar from NA-127 in the National Assembly has also been challenged in Lahore High Court. The request states that Ata Tarar has lost according to form 45. He declared himself victorious in form 47. When the returning officer arranged the result in my absence. The results of form 45 are available to us. The court ordered the release of the results according to form 45. The court has been requested to stop the Election Commission from releasing the final result and to give the order for a recount and declare the result of form 47 null and void.
The success of Saif ul Mulk Khokhar from NA-126 in the National Assembly has also been challenged in Lahore High Court. A request filed by Malik Toqeer Khokhar has formed a team including the returning officer, the Election Commission, and others.
Meanwhile, in Rawalpindi, PTI-supported candidates have also challenged the election results in the Rawalpindi Bench of the High Court, where former Law Minister Basharat Raja from NA-55, Saima Tahir from NA-57, and Shahryar Riaz from NA-56 have challenged the results.
