Case of Bootlegging: Ali Amin Gandapur presents bottle emerged from car in court

Islamabad: In the case of alcohol smuggling against Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur, a bottle of alcohol seized from a car was presented in court, which was confirmed by a witness to be part of the record.

The District and Sessions Court in Islamabad heard the case against Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur for possession of weapons and alcohol. Ali Amin Gandapur’s lawyer Zahoor-ul-Hassan and prosecutor Khayam Abbasi appeared in court. The case against Ali Amin Gandapur was heard by Judicial Magistrate Saheb Bilal. The final witness, Younis, appeared in court through a video link, after which all witnesses against Ali Amin Gandapur completed their testimony.

The bottle seized from the car was presented as evidence in court. Witness Younis testified to the bottle being part of the record.

Ali Amin’s lawyer Zahoor-ul-Hassan requested that questions be provided for Ali Amin Gandapur. Judge Saheb Bilal mentioned that it is mandatory for Ali Amin Gandapur to be present in the courtroom when the questions are gathered. The lawyer replied that the questions will be provided by tomorrow.

The judge directed that the questions be provided by tomorrow and also informed about the next hearing date. The hearing for the case against Ali Amin Gandapur for possession of weapons and alcohol was adjourned until tomorrow.
