Bilawal addressed a rally in Lahore’s Jati Umra, thanking his supporters for braving the cold to see him. He emphasized the need for a change in Pakistan’s politics, stating that the privileged few should not reap the benefits while the poor are asked to sacrifice. Bilawal also announced that the PPP would put up a strong fight against its political opponents and contest from every constituency in the country. He urged PPP workers to work tirelessly and highlighted the party’s 10-point manifesto, including the promise of free healthcare. He took a jab at the PML-N, saying that they have not provided free government hospitals in Punjab, unlike the PPP in Sindh. Bilawal concluded by hinting at the party’s plan to establish a free hospital in Raiwind for the people, taking a dig at PML-N’s Nawaz Sharif.
