Rawalpindi: Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Barrister Gohar, has said that Imran Khan’s life is in danger and he has identified three names, the responsibility for the protection of PTI’s founder lies on powerful people.
Speaking to the media outside Adiala Jail, Barrister Gohar Ali Khan further stated that in the 190 million pound reference, a witness admitted in court that the government did not suffer any loss and neither did the founder of PTI benefit from it. The founder of PTI said that his life is dedicated to Pakistan.
He said that they are making efforts to regain their mandate and have started a campaign for 12 seats in Punjab and 3 seats in KPK for the by-elections. Special campaigns will be run in Punjab and KPK for the elections. Discussion was also held regarding the Senate elections, Zulfikar Bukhari’s name has been finalized for Punjab, if there is any objection, Allama Nasir Abbas will be selected.
Barrister Gohar mentioned that Faizul Rehman and Shafqat Iyaz’s names have been finalized for KP, Aizaz Swati’s name is finalized for Technocrat seat, and Noorul Haq Qadri is also an additional member.
