The former Speaker of the National Assembly, Asad Qaiser, has been released from jail. According to details, the Peshawar High Court had directed the Deputy Commissioner of Swabi to withdraw the 3MP order. After the Deputy Commissioner of Swabi withdrew the order, Asad Qaiser’s release became possible.
Former Speaker of the National Assembly, Asad Qaiser, had been issued an arrest warrant under the 3MP on December 8. Orders for his release on bail of one lakh rupees were issued.
At the time of his release, a large number of Asad Qaiser’s brother, legal team, and party workers welcomed him. After the release, PTI leaders thanked party workers during the conversation.
