Islamabad: The Privatization Commission Board has approved the Mines and Minerals Rules 2023 issue. The Privatization Commission Board has approved the government-to-government agreement mode of privatization commission agreement for the Mines and Minerals Rules 2023.

In a meeting chaired by Federal Minister for Industries and Production, Fawad Hassan Fawad, the audit of the audit firm’s contract for a 6-month extension without additional fees to complete the audit from July 2013 to June 2022 was also approved.
The board also referred the decision to transfer 10% shares of OGDCL to the Petroleum Division to the Cabinet Committee on Privatization.
