The police reached the scene and brought the situation under control, transferring the injured to the hospital. SHO Shah Latif Muhammad Waqil said that there was a fight between children on Thursday evening, and the police had given both sides medical treatment and sent them to the hospital. However, a heated argument broke out between the two sides at night, during which gunfire, lathi charges, and beatings occurred. He said that one person was shot in the leg from the firing, while the other 5 were injured from the lathi charges and beatings. The police have taken several people into custody for interrogation and further investigations are being carried out.
