Karachi: Over Rs. 410 million mysteriously disappeared from the bank account of overseas Pakistanis.
According to sources, after a bank fraud in Pakistani cities, 41 crore rupees disappeared from the foreign bank deposits of overseas Pakistanis.
Overseas Pakistani Fahad Butt and his family had made a foreign bank deposit of 8.66 million dollars and 100 million rupees in cash in the Karachi branch of the foreign bank in 2017.
During these years, Fahad Butt and his family had been receiving continuous benefits from the bank, but in November of the current year, it was revealed that the overseas Pakistani Fahad Butt had withdrawn the money from the bank account.
Bank officials responded to the affected individual’s complaint by stating that the funds were withdrawn by the individual themselves. Upon the affected family’s written request for the bank’s cooperation and investigation of the fraud, the FIA requested records from the relevant bank.
