In a video address, Russian President Vladimir Putin called for a strong response to foreign agents who are assisting Ukraine in destabilizing Russia.
Putin accused the Kyiv regime of engaging in terrorist methods with the support of foreign special services, referring to it as practically state terrorism.
He highlighted sabotage on civilian sites, transportation, and energy infrastructure, as well as attacks on civilians and government representatives, attributing them to Ukraine since Russia’s offensive in Ukraine began in February 2022.
Putin emphasized the need to stop the attempts by foreign agents to destabilize Russia and praised the security agency workers for their potential in ensuring the security of the state and its citizens.
