Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has said that it took many years of hard work for me to establish my place in the party. Speaking at a ceremony, Maryam Nawaz said that becoming the Chief Minister is an honor for every mother, sister, and daughter in Pakistan. It is also a pride for all the men who want to see their mothers, sisters, and daughters progress. This trend should not stop, it should continue even after me.
Maryam Nawaz said that I understand that Women’s Day is not just one day, every day, 365 days a year is women’s day. The Lahore CT Tower is a capable woman. On this occasion, Punjab Chief Minister praised CT Tower and ASP Anoosh Masood on stage.
They said that DC Lahore Rafa has also been doing exceptional work everywhere. Our ministers Maryam Aurangzeb and Azma Bokhari are working very hard and doing great work. Maryam Nawaz said that it took me 12 to 13 years of hard work to establish my place in the party.
The Punjab Chief Minister said that my opponents raised voices against me, I was put in Adiala Jail, all of this was due to my upbringing. I thank my opponents for this. After a lot of hard work, I reached this position. She said that harassing a woman or committing injustice is my red line. I want to create an environment in Punjab where women do not have to face harassment and difficulties to fulfill their dreams.
