Quetta: Chief Minister of Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti congratulated the Christian community on Easter, stating that the celebration of Easter is an expression of social harmony. According to the national news agency ‘APP’, he emphasized that the role of the Christian community in the creation of Pakistan and the country’s economic development cannot be forgotten. Pakistan is a beautiful mosaic of different cultures and beliefs.
Mir Sarfraz Bugti mentioned that the Constitution of Pakistan has provided complete protection of rights for all religious minorities, and the provincial government in Balochistan guarantees complete religious freedom and protection for all minorities, including the Christian community.
He stated that they are committed to working for the social development and welfare of all minorities.
