Lahore: Unknown individuals have fired shots at the house of private TV anchorperson Aqarar ul Hassan in Defence, the provincial capital of Punjab.
According to details, in the Defence C area of Lahore, unidentified individuals fired shots at anchorperson Aqarar ul Hassan’s house multiple times and then fled the scene.
After the incident, the police arrived at the scene and confirmed that no one was injured or hurt in the incident.
Aqarar ul Hassan mentioned that similar firing had occurred outside his house two days prior and a report has been filed at the relevant police station to register a case on the incident.
According to the police, empty shells of a 9mm pistol were found outside Aqarar ul Hassan’s house.
SP Operations Owais Shafique stated that an investigation into the incident is underway and close circuit cameras are being used in the process.
