He dismissed suggestions that Western leaders were pressuring Ukraine to engage in peace talks with Russia and emphasized that no one was pressuring them to negotiate and give concessions to Russia. Zelenskyy expressed irritation at media reports suggesting otherwise and asserted that he would always act in accordance with the will of the Ukrainian people. He also highlighted that the Israel-Hamas conflict had diverted attention from the Ukrainian situation, pointing out that this was likely Russia’s intention. Despite the challenges, Zelenskyy expressed confidence that Ukraine would overcome this adversity, with the support of their backers, including the United States.
