Mumbai: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has contacted the director of the “Dabangg” series for a new film titled “Jawani”.
According to Indian media reports, filmmaker Atlee Kumar has met with Salman Khan and Arbaaz Khan two to three times at Galaxy Apartments.
Salman Khan wants to bring his iconic character “Chulbul Pandey” in front of South Indian audiences in a new way and for that, he wants to work with a South director.
According to sources, Atlee Kumar will only write the script for the film and provide special assistance during the filmmaking stages. Arbaaz Khan will produce the film and use Atlee Kumar’s contacts to bring the South Indian director onboard for the film.
