Peshawar: Former provincial minister and independent candidate Timur Jhagra has been targeted with posters all over the city. According to details, posters against Timur Jhagra have been put up at various locations in the Hayatabad area of Peshawar, featuring the former provincial minister’s image and the slogan “NAB-zad Timur Jhagra Na Manzoor.”
In response to the banners put up against him, Timur Jhagra said that he has not committed a single rupee of corruption and has presented himself before NAB and anti-corruption despite this. He said that they are trying to make us controversial in difficult times. Everyone knows what they are trying to do.
Timur Jhagra said that in recent days, posters in support of PTI-backed candidates have also been torn in the Hayatabad area of Peshawar. It should be noted that Timur Jhagra is contesting elections from PK-79 in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly and PTI has also announced its support for him.
