Sharjeel Memon confidently declared at a press conference that their opposition will face a historic defeat in the upcoming general elections. He criticized PML-N for only showing interest in Sindh during elections for votes, while neglecting the people of Sindh when they are in power. Memon expressed confidence that the people of Sindh have always rejected such political parties and stated that PPP will not only form the government in Punjab but will also sweep across Pakistan. Additionally, a PML-N delegation visited Karachi to meet MQM-P leadership and announced their intention to contest the 2024 general elections jointly. After a meeting with former premiers Nawaz Sharif and Shehbaz Sharif in Lahore, MQM-P and PML-N leaders announced that they had agreed to adopt a joint strategy to address the public’s issues. They also decided to form a committee to address the problems of Sindh province and present the final proposals for cooperation within 10 days.
