According to sources, a delegation of Pakistani industrialists, led by Minister of Commerce Dr Gohar Ejaz, will visit China to discuss strategies for boosting Pakistani exports with Chinese investors.

Sources also mentioned that a delegation of the heads of the country’s largest companies will travel to China.

The Ministry of Commerce has established two export advisory councils to develop strategies for increasing export volumes. These councils are expected to present policy guidelines to the Special Investment Facilitation Council for approval within an eight-week timeframe.

This initiative is part of the larger strategy to achieve the ambitious export target of $100 billion.

The Export Advisory Council for Textile includes members from notable companies in the private sector, while the Export Advisory Council for Non-Textile products comprises members from various private sector organizations.
