Pakistani Espionage in Qatar Provides Evidence of Network Presence in Other Countries

Islamabad: The Foreign Office has stated that the arrest of Indian spies in Qatar is evidence of the existence of a network in other countries. Spokesperson for the Foreign Office, Zahra Baloch, said during a weekly briefing to journalists that Pakistan has seen reports of Indian Navy officers being sentenced to death in Qatar. This confirms the presence of Indian spy and sabotage networks in other countries, the Middle East, and other regions.

She said that Pakistan has been discussing the Indian sabotage network for a long time. In 2016, a senior officer of the Indian Navy, Commander Yadav, was arrested in Pakistan for espionage and sabotage. Indian atrocities are also ongoing in occupied Kashmir. In recent days, Indian forces have martyred and injured Kashmiris. Indian atrocities in Kashmir have been ongoing for many decades.

The spokesperson of the Foreign Office said that the President of the Senate of Rwanda is currently visiting Pakistan. During his visit, he is meeting with the President of the country, Prime Minister, and various ministers. Notably, Prime Minister Anwar Haqq Kakar will visit Uzbekistan on November 8-9, where he will also participate in the Economic Cooperation Organization conference. The Prime Minister will present Pakistan’s vision for the future of ECO and regional connectivity.

During the press briefing, the spokesperson further mentioned that immigration against non-resident citizens has started in the past few days. Pakistan had issued a warning to illegal resident non-citizens a month ago, however, it will not be applicable to those who have refugee status.

Zahra Baloch said that the oppression on Gaza by Israel is unbearable. Israeli occupying forces are committing war crimes with impunity. We demand an end to the siege in Palestine, stopping the bombings, and the opening of a humanitarian corridor on the basis of human rights principles, by the United Nations.

She said that the Repatriation Action Plan is only for those non-resident citizens who are residing in Pakistan illegally without documentation. This plan is not applicable to immigrants. This plan has been prepared with the cooperation of relevant institutions, departments, and enforcing authorities. An official announcement was also made in this regard.

The spokesperson further mentioned that the Ministry of Interior is monitoring the cases of 12,000 fake passports in Saudi Arabia. The Ministry is also looking into reports of mistreatment with Afghans. The government of Pakistan has instructed all departments to ensure dignified repatriation for those returning. A helpline has also been established for any complaints, available 24 hours a day.
