Next week will bring positive news about investment, Prime Minister warns.

Islamabad: Prime Minister’s Special Assistant Naeem ul Haque has said that the focus is on investments, and good news will be received next week regarding capital investment.

Speaking on a private TV program, the Prime Minister’s Special Assistant said that we are focused on investments and investment is a priority for the government. He said that we want to bring investments to Pakistan not only from the region but also from outside the region.

Naeem ul Haque said that the program is to train 1 million nurses in the next 10 years. In the last 5 to 6 decades, people went to Europe and settled there. There are people in the IMF, as well as social and military leadership. Various training programs are being initiated to teach young people skills.

He said that work is ongoing on human development and reforms. Pakistan has a free and independent media. When we were children, we used to read newspapers as soon as we woke up, but now we see social media first.

The Prime Minister’s Special Assistant said that the Quetta-Taftan railway line will be upgraded. Measures are being taken to address the losses of institutions. Reforms are being made in the investment policy through the IMF. Various action plans have been formulated to reduce government spending. Speaking about the issue of Palestine, he said that the situation in Gaza is very worrying.

He further said that good news regarding capital investment will be received in the coming week in Pakistan. Some MoUs will be signed with external investors by next week. Foreign investors will invest in various sectors. They are in contact with many countries regarding investment.
