ISPR reports private company’s vehicle in DI Khan attacked by terrorists

The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) stated that terrorists fired upon vehicles of a private company working on a development project in the general area of Darazinda, Dera Ismail (DI) Khan district.

Two civilian employees of the company, identified as Muhammad Faisal and Asif Kamran, residents of District Karak, were martyred during the firing. Additionally, Sepoy Syed Muhammad Shaheen Shah, who was employed for the security of the project, also embraced martyrdom after fighting bravely.

The ISPR mentioned that security forces are conducting a sanitization operation to eliminate the terrorists in the area, and are committed to eliminating the menace of terrorism and supporting the economic progress of the area.

In a separate operation in the general area of Bara, Khyber District, one terrorist, identified as Qudrat Shah aka Abubakar, was killed and weapons and ammunition were recovered from him. The ISPR further noted an increase in terrorist activities, especially in KP and Balochistan, after the end of the ceasefire with the outlawed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) in November.
