The PTI founder has filed two separate pleas against an Accountability Court verdict that dismissed his post-arrest bail in both cases. The pleas request the IHC to set aside the Accountability Court’s decision and grant bail, claiming that the cases are politically motivated and based on ‘malafide’ intentions. The Accountability Court in Islamabad rejected the bail applications for the Toshakhana and £190 million cases on January 09.
