Karachi: A Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight attendant named Faiza Mukhtar has gone missing in Canada on the Toronto flight. According to sources, Faiza Mukhtar was assigned on flight number PK 781 from Islamabad to Toronto, which landed at Toronto Airport in Canada and then went missing. She was supposed to perform her duties on flight 784 from Toronto to Karachi.
The issue came to light when Faiza failed to report to the crew for the return flight. According to a spokesperson for PIA, disciplinary action has been initiated against Faiza Mukhtar for failing to report for the return flight, while contact has been made with Flight Attendants Union through the oaths of all flight attendants who slept in Canada for further action.
