The UN’s highest court has rejected Nicaragua’s plea to stop Germany from selling arms to Israel. The International Court of Justice (ICJ) stated that current circumstances do not warrant intervention. Despite this decision, the court expressed serious concern about the dire living conditions in Gaza and emphasized the importance of all nations following international laws.
