As the winter weather hits Gaza, the humanitarian crisis in the region is escalating. Hundreds of thousands of people have been displaced, and with more than 80 percent of the population currently without shelter, the situation is dire. Flooded streets are making it difficult for people to carry the bodies of their loved ones, children are struggling to stay dry and warm, and families are huddled around campfires in an effort to stay warm. We have with us today Riham Jafari from ActionAid, journalist Youmna ElSayed, and physician Dr. Mads Gilbert to discuss the urgent needs of the people in Gaza during this harsh winter.
