Karachi: A total solar eclipse will occur between April 8 and 9, which will not be visible in Pakistan due to it happening at night in the country.

According to the Meteorological Department, the beginning of the first solar eclipse of the year will be on the night of April 8. The solar eclipse will not be visible in Pakistan at that time because it will be night in the country, but it will be visible in Western Europe, South America, the Atlantic, and other locations.

According to the Meteorological Department, the solar eclipse will begin at 8:42 PM Pakistan time, reach its peak at 11:17 PM, and end at 1:52 AM.

The lunar eclipse in September 2024 and the solar eclipse in October will also not be visible in Pakistan.
