In a tragic incident in Karachi, a car dealer was found dead under mysterious circumstances in a private housing society near Safoora Chowrangi. The victim, identified as Akbar and a resident of North Karachi, was reportedly killed in a firing incident.

The incident was reported to the police through the 15 Madadgar helpline by Rizwan, Akbar’s car business partner, who claimed it to be a suicide. The police discovered a 30-bore pistol at the crime scene, which is believed to belong to the deceased.

Investigations revealed that Akbar owed Rs5 million to his business partner, leading to speculations of possible financial disputes. The police have taken Rizwan into custody for questioning to determine the cause of the incident.

In another incident on the same day, an unidentified young man was killed during a robbery attempt near Karachi’s Northern Bypass. The victim, identified as Ibrahim, was shot and killed when he resisted the armed muggers who intercepted him while he was traveling in a Suzuki vehicle. The robbers fled the scene after the shooting.

The local residents of the area staged a protest, blocking the Northern Bypass to demand justice and the immediate arrest of the robbers.

These incidents highlight the rising concerns about crime and safety in Karachi. The authorities need to take swift action to apprehend the culprits and ensure the safety of the citizens.
