A video of Pakistan captain Babar Azam showing anger towards the Afghanistan cricket team after the second ODI match has caught significant attention on social media.

The match was filled with excitement, with Pakistan emerging as the winners due to an exceptional performance by pacer Naseem Shah with the bat.

Following the match, a video surfaced showing a verbal altercation between Babar Azam and Mohammad Nabi, the Afghanistan counterpart. However, the situation was soon under control with the intervention of officials.

The exact reason for the heated exchange has not been revealed, but many online users speculate it may be related to an incident known as “mankad,” a controversial method of dismissal.

In the second ODI, Afghanistan, who were playing to stay alive in the series, chose to bat first and scored 300-5. Wicketkeeper Rahmanullah Gurbaz played a crucial role in achieving this score, scoring a remarkable 150 runs at a run-a-ball pace, including 14 fours and three sixes.

Gurbaz also had a strong opening partnership with Ibrahim Zadran, who contributed an impressive half-century with six boundaries and two maximums.

Pakistan’s left-arm pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi stood out as the best bowler, taking two wickets.

In response, Pakistan won the game with one ball to spare, thanks to the contributions of opener Imam-ul-Haq and skipper Babar Azam. Imam-ul-Haq scored 91 runs off 105 balls, while Azam made a quick 53 off 66 balls.

Shadab Khan also played a valuable innings, scoring 48 runs off 55 balls.

Fazalhaq Farooqi was the highest wicket-taker for Afghanistan, taking three wickets in the match.
