Washington: Sikhs protested outside the Indian Embassy in Washington, waving the Khalistan flag.
The Sikh community residing in America protested against the injustices against farmers in India outside the Indian Embassy in Washington. Protestors chanted slogans against Modi the killer and marched around the embassy.
Sikh protesters placed the Khalistan flag on a statue of Mahatma Gandhi outside the Indian Embassy. They said that the purpose of Khalistan’s creation is to free Punjab from India’s grip.
Dr. Bakhash Singh Sandhu, leader of Sikh For Justice organization, said in a media interview that bullets are being fired at farmers in India and tear gas is being dropped from drones.
