Rawalpindi: Police and CT-D teams arrested three terrorists during a joint operation, seizing a large cache of weapons, ammunition, and a jail map from their possession. According to CCPO Rawalpindi, Syed Khalid Hamdani, the Adiala Jail has been saved from a major disaster, as the police and CT-D teams successfully arrested three terrorists with heavy weaponry, ammunition, and a jail map.
Syed Khalid Hamdani further stated that the arrested terrorists have connections to Afghanistan, and grenades, IEDs, and automatic weapons were recovered from their possession. All three terrorists have been transferred to a secure location for further investigation.
The CCPO Rawalpindi mentioned that a search operation is ongoing in Adiala and its surrounding areas by the police and other law enforcement agencies.
