Islamabad: Khawar Manika has said that Bushra Bibi got married to Imran Khan only a year and a half after her divorce.
In a private TV interview, Khawar Manika said that she had divorced Pinky on November 14, 2017, after which she married the PTI chairman only a year and a half later.
She said that the PTI chairman used to come to my house without my consent, and I was very upset about his meetings with Pinky. Once the PTI chairman came to the house, I asked the servant to let him out.
Khawar Manika said that meetings between Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi had started from the days of the dharna, and my mother used to say that the PTI chairman was not a good person, so do not let him come to the house.
He said that the PTI chairman had ruined our happy home in pursuit of his obsession with spiritualism, my and Bushra Bibi’s marriage lasted 28 years and our life was very pleasant, but then after the arrival of the PTI chairman, Pinky would talk to him on the phone until late at night.
According to Khawar Manika, on the instructions of the PTI chairman, Farah Gogi provided Pinky with a secret number, and without telling Bushra, Pinky used to go to the PTI chairman’s house and was living separately 6 months before marrying Imran Khan, but I went to her makeup to convince her to stay with me, but she chose silence.
He said, “Then one day Farah sent me a message to divorce Pinky, upon which I went to Bushra and asked her for a divorce, to which she bowed her head and did not give any answer, I filed for divorce on Farah’s behalf, she asked to change the date of the divorce.”
Khawar Manika further said that I or the children did not know about Bushra Bibi and Imran Khan’s marriage, we were informed about it only through TV and newspapers.
