Doha: The Prime Minister of Qatar, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, has said that there is positive progress on the agreement related to Gaza.
Qatari Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani said in a statement that the heads of the secret agencies of Egypt, Israel, and the United States are working on peace agreements and the release of prisoners in Gaza. In this regard, their negotiations took place in Paris, in which there was positive progress.
The Qatari Prime Minister further said that all proposals will be presented to Hamas and it is expected that Hamas will negotiate to implement those proposals. Hamas has demanded a permanent ceasefire to be part of the negotiations.
More than 24,000 Palestinians have been martyred in the brutal Israeli attacks on Gaza since October 7, 2023.
