Jolts Felt in Peshawar and Chitral – Photo: File
Peshawar: Tremors were felt in various districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, causing residents to come out of their homes.
According to Express News, the epicenter of the tremors was Koh Hindu Kush and the intensity of the earthquake was recorded at 4.8 in the provincial capital of Peshawar.
In addition to Peshawar, strong tremors were felt in Bajaur and Dir Lower, while mild tremors were felt in Chitral, Rustam’s areas, and Girdonwaha. Earthquake jolts were also felt in the city of Mianwali and Girdonwaha, causing residents to come out of their homes.
