In a podcast, he admitted to never imagining himself as a successful actor, citing his laidback nature and initial struggles with stammering and understanding things. He mentioned that 2005 and 2006 were turning points in his career when he started receiving film offers. Siddiqui also expressed that if he ever finds himself without work, he would rather sell his belongings and finance his own projects than ask for work. He emphasized that acting is important to him, regardless of whether it is in films or not. His latest project includes the ZEE5 web movie ‘Haddi‘ and upcoming films ‘Bole Chudiyan‘ and ‘Noorani Chehra‘.
