Two police officers killed, three wounded

According to police officials, terrorists attacked an oil and gas company’s camp in the Darazinda area of Dera Ismail Khan. Two policemen, ASI Rehmat Elahi and Khan Arif, who were assigned to the camp’s security, were killed. Three police officers, Alamgir Khan, Fazalur Rehman, and Attaur Rehman, were injured during a gunfight with the terrorists. One of the injured officers is in critical condition and has been taken to the District Head Quarters Hospital. The Al-Haj Oil and Gas Private Drilling Company was targeted in this attack. Additional police forces have been deployed to the area, and the search for the terrorists is ongoing. Former President Asif Zardari and Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto have condemned the terrorist act and expressed condolences to the families of the martyrs.
