Islamabad: Farah Gogi, Shahzad Akbar, and Zulfi Bukhari, along with six others, have been declared proclaimed offenders in a case involving 190 million pounds. According to Express News, after recording statements of the co-accused in the 190 million-pound case, the court has declared six accomplices as proclaimed offenders in the reference. According to the investigating officer, the co-accused include Farah Gogi, Zia-ul-Islam Nasim, Shahzad Akbar, Zulfi Bukhari, and two others.
