According to Express News, former Supreme Court judge Mansoor Naqvi has announced his intention to challenge the Supreme Judicial Council’s decision recommending his removal for being declared guilty of misconduct. He has said that this is a one-sided action that he had previously denied being a part of. He also stated that the law does not allow for inquiries to continue after a judge has submitted their resignation, which was accepted by the President and published in the official gazette.
