The price of gold has decreased both in international and local markets in Karachi. In the international bullion market, the price of gold per ounce decreased by $8, reaching a new price of $2048 per ounce. On the other hand, in the local currency markets, the price of 24-carat gold decreased by Rs. 1100 per tola on Wednesday, reaching Rs. 214800, and the price of 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs. 944, reaching Rs. 184156.
In contrast to the decrease in gold prices, the price of silver remained stable in the country without any changes, with the price of silver per tola remaining at Rs. 2570 and the price of 10 grams of silver also remained unchanged at Rs. 2203.36.
