In Karachi, there has been a slight decrease in the price of gold in both international and local markets. In the international bullion market, the price of gold per ounce has decreased by $5 to reach $2317. Similarly, in the local currency markets, on Tuesday, the price of 24-carat gold per tolah has decreased by Rs. 500 to reach Rs. 240,000 and the price of 10 grams of gold has also decreased by Rs. 429 to reach Rs. 205,761.
On the contrary, the price of silver in the country has remained stable without any change. The price of silver per tolah has stayed at Rs. 2620 and the price of 10 grams of silver has also remained unchanged at Rs. 2254.80.
