Sarfaraz Ahmed appoints Mohammad Rizwan as a better wicketkeeper than himself

Karachi: Former captain and wicketkeeper of the national cricket team, Sarfaraz Ahmed, has declared Mohammad Rizwan as a better wicketkeeper and batsman than himself.

In a special Eid show on a private TV channel, Sarfaraz Ahmed said in response to a question that “I now consider Mohammad Rizwan to be a better and improved wicketkeeper than myself.”

The former captain said that when a player gets an opportunity, he continues to improve his performance, especially when he gets continuous chances in international matches, his performance improves significantly.

Regarding the future wicketkeeper of the national cricket team, he said that Pakistan has several excellent wicketkeepers like Azam Khan and Nawaaz. He advised all young players to work hard and leave the result to destiny, saying that he has not yet lost courage and will continue to play cricket, by the grace of Allah.
