Quetta: Due to the ongoing heavy rainfall in Balochistan, it has been decided to keep schools closed for an additional 2 days. According to the Department of Education, in view of the severe rains and the current situation, it has been decided that both public and private schools in affected areas will remain closed on April 15 and 16.
A notification issued by the Secondary Education Secretary Saleh Nasir stated that government and private schools in rain-affected districts, including the provincial capital Quetta, will remain closed on April 15 and 16.
The decision to close educational institutions has been made due to the emergency situation in areas affected by the heavy rainfall.
