Two individuals lost their lives on Friday in Florida when a private jet experienced engine failure and crashed onto Interstate 75. The Federal Aviation Administration reported that five people were on board the Bombardier Challenger 600 at the time of the crash near Naples. The pilot declared an emergency landing after losing both engines just two minutes before the scheduled arrival at Naples Municipal Airport. Three individuals survived the crash, but the two victims died on impact. There is no confirmation on whether the plane struck any vehicles on the highway. The Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board will be conducting an investigation into the incident.
