The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has begun its election rallies in Lahore, marking the start of its political campaign. PML-N Chief Organiser Maryam Nawaz will be addressing the participants in NA 123 Shahdara at 7pm today.
In addition, rallies will also be held in the constituencies of Khawaja Saad Rafiq and Sardar Ayaz Sadiq.
The power shows are scheduled to take place in NA-123, NA-124, NA-125, NA-127, NA-128, NA-128, and NA-136. According to sources, all rallies will be held between October 1st and 8th.
Earlier, former Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif clarified that there has been no change in the return plan of his brother and PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif. Nawaz Sharif is set to land in Pakistan on October 21st.
Shehbaz Sharif, who had briefly returned to the country from the UK, quickly went back to London, leading to speculation about a possible change in Nawaz Sharif’s travel plans.
