Peshawar High Court Accepts Apology in Email Vandalism Case

Chief Justice Muhammad Ibrahim Khan has dismissed the case and issued a written order accepting the apology.

The Peshawar High Court has accepted the apology in the case of contempt of court by Amal Wali.

In the High Court, ANP provincial president Amal Wali Khan’s contempt of court case was heard.

Amal Wali Khan said, “If my statement has hurt Chief Justice Ibrahim Khan, I apologize, and I also apologize for the incident in which the petitioner was targeted for violence. ANP believes in the philosophy of non-violence for four generations.”

Chief Justice Muhammad Ibrahim Khan has decided to handle the case and issued a written order accepting the apology letter from Amal Wali Khan.

During the last hearing, Chief Justice had ordered Amal Wali to issue a written apology.

It is important to remember that Amal Wali Khan had made contemptuous statements against the Chief Justice of the Peshawar High Court. PTI leader Fazl Muhammad had filed a contempt of court case against Amal Wali from Charsadda.
