Karachi: Unidentified individuals in charge of MQM Pakistan have fired and killed in front of his wife in Shah Faisal Colony.
According to details, in Shah Faisal Colony, the suspects fired and killed her husband in front of his wife. The victim had come to the house of his in-laws, and the victim is an activist of MQM Pakistan and the father of 2 children, and the bullet proved to be fatal. The incident is still under investigation and the motive has not been determined immediately.
According to initial information, a person was fatally shot on the doorstep of the house near Ibrahim Ali Bhai School in Shah Faisal Colony by suspects riding a motorcycle. The victim, identified as 35-year-old Rehan, suffered a fatal bullet wound to his chest.
The victim had come to his wife’s aunt’s house, and when he was standing outside the house to go back to his house, two suspects on a motorcycle arrived, whom the victim saw. Rehan pushed his wife into the house and during the same time, the sound of a gunshot was heard, after which Rehan was wounded and fell on the road.
The victim was associated with MQM Pakistan’s Serani Town sector and worked as a joint incharge and cable worker for Yousuf Three.
As soon as the information of the incident was received, MQM Pakistan’s newly elected member of the Sindh Assembly, Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zuhair, reached Jinnah Hospital and told the media that the victim Rehan was a responsible colleague of MQM Pakistan. The victim’s wife stated that 2 individuals came and fired, while nothing was taken from Rehan.
Sheikh Abdullah also stated that a firing incident also occurred in Serani Town, in which the estate agency was targeted, and the injured in that incident are relatives of our responsible person.
The police say that the incident is still under investigation in relation to the events in Shah Faisal, whether it is a dacoity or some other reason, and investigations are being carried out on all aspects. In addition, close circuit cameras are being searched on the escape routes of the suspects, so that with the help of their footage, the suspects can be identified.
